Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Coordinateur travaux neuf (H/F) chez un de nos partenaires en Belgique dans le secteur l’aéronautique 🔎.
Missions
- Recueillir et analyser les besoins internes.
- Rédiger les cahiers des charges et préparer les appels d’offres.
- Lancer et suivre les demandes d’achats.
- Planifier et coordonner les travaux sur le terrain.
- Préparer et organiser les chantiers dans le respect des normes et réglementations.
- Assurer la réception des travaux et vérifier la conformité aux exigences.
- Garantir la sécurité, les délais et la qualité sur l’ensemble du projet.
Profile required
- Formation technique (génie civil, construction, génie industriel ou équivalent).
- Expérience en coordination de chantiers / travaux neufs en milieu industriel ou tertiaire.
- Connaissances des réglementations de sécurité, normes de construction et procédés HVAC/énergie.
- Rigueur, autonomie et excellente organisation.
- Bon relationnel pour travailler avec les fournisseurs, sous-traitants et équipes internes.
