We are looking for a Three-Dimensional Measuring Machine Programmer (M/F) at one of our partners in Belgium in the aeronautics sector 🔎.
Missions
- Develop off-line inspection programs for coordinate measuring machines, based on 3D models of parts and manufacturing and inspection instructions (IFC).
- Install and optimize these programs in the workshop to guarantee their performance.
- Improve programs to meet quality and cost reduction targets.
- Monitor and archive MMT programs.
- Wherever possible, correlate results obtained with other measurement methods to ensure data reliability.
- Analyze and interpret results, and communicate this information clearly to the parties concerned.
- Actively contribute to the resolution of production problems and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile required
- Bachelor's degree in mechanics, electromechanics, IT or equivalent.
- Good understanding of functional rating.
- Solid knowledge of metrology.
- Proficiency in programming and controlling 3D measuring machines (an asset).
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. Catia) is an advantage.
- Experience in a workshop environment appreciated.
- Autonomous, dynamic and proactive.
- Excellent communication, writing and teamwork skills.
- Strong interest in parts mechanics, measurement and precision techniques.
- Taste for analysis, problem-solving and in-depth thinking.
- Methodical, rigorous, structured and precise in the execution of tasks.
